Monday morning volcano update: Another small, minor steam/ash venting today (mostly steam). Not accompanied by significant seismic activity, but the lava dome/ crater has had significant uplifting (50-100 feet) and cracking, indicating something is pushing up from below. Wind is blowing any ash in the plume to the SE, though - away from the Portland metro area. But winds are light, so it shouldn't impact much beyond the Southern Wash. Cascades.
